The Call

On Oct. 9th, 2009 at 10:00 PM, Ted announced to us that our son, Samuel Louis, was born on Aug. 21st, 2009 In Taiwan. He weighed 6 lbs. 3 oz. and was nearly 19 inches long. We heard Samuel "coo" on the phone. WOW! To God be ALL the glory! We have been praying for a child for almost 9 years and GOD ANSWERS PRAYER! Never give up on God! We were sooooo excited that we didn't fall asleep until 1:30 AM. Before falling asleep, we prayed for Samuel's salvation! We prayed that he would give his life to Christ and do great things for God! We didn't sleep very well that night because we woke up at 6:30 AM still "wired" with joy!
